Kimímela serves as a conduit between Indigenous land stewards and organizations interested in collaboration on projects, especially land restoration initiatives. Through collaboration and knowledge sharing, opportunities emerge to create decolonized pathways for healing our relationships to the land and each other.
Serina Fast Horse is Lakota and Blackfeet and a lifelong member of the urban Indigenous community of Portland.
Indigenous ways of knowing and being are at the heart of this work. Ancestral knowledge guides us to fulfill our responsibility to care for the Earth.
